spending authority for the distribution as grants by the
Office of Crime victims Advocacy. The grants shall be prioritized
to law enforcement training including law enforcement raining
regarding the availability of service for minors under chapter
13.32A RCW, community outreach and education, treatment and
services to address the problems of minors who have a history
of engaging in sexual conduct for a fee or who are victims
of commercial sexual abuse of a minor or both. Services
include mental health and chemical dependency, parenting,
housing assistance, education and vocational training, or
intensive case management. |
